About JC Victory Career Institute

JC Victory Career Institute is established in July 2011. It is the realization of dream and vision of Ms. Jessy Cecil, a well experienced RN, to provide review and practice in a constructive manner and enable the new generation nursing graduates, national and international to pass NCLEX RN examination and make them serve the community with quality and US health care Standard.

Victory CPR teaches American Heart Association CPR classes in Houston, Texas, and serve Stafford and Pearland cities in Texas.

Victory CPR instructors are professional and dedicated to teach CPR/BLS/First Aid, and an AED for healthcare workers like Doctors, Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, and Students. In victory, we teach CPR/BLS/first aid/AED and also teach advanced classes like ACLS/ PALS. Victory will provide high quality education and skill practice in the class room. After the class our students are more confident to handle emergency situations at work place and outside.
